Our Story,
Back in the '70s, there was a snowball stand in New Orleans where I grew up, on a street called Elysian Fields. The owner and my cousin would make snowballs for the neighborhood kids as we played on the sidewalk. The snowball stand closed in the '80s, but I remembered how fun those days used to be.
Now my vision is to recreate the smiles and laughter of the past to the present.

Tastee Flavors, snowballs and specialty coffee drinks are New Orleans originals. I have been making snowballs and specialty coffee since the late 80's. After Hurricane Katrina, I had a BIG IDEA to bring back those iconic treats to the Southern California area. By servicing California with a mobile snowball & specialty coffee stand with a touch of that Southern charm, delicious colorful snowballs and a New Orleans favorite Cafe Au Lait, would make my dream fulfilled.
